We currently offer four shipping speeds within the contiguous United States. The first is our $5 standard shipping option which takes about 6-8 business days to arrive from the time you place your order. As a heads up, we automatically waive that fee for all orders $75 and over. The carrier (FedEx, USPS or a regional carrier) will be automatically selected based on your shipping address. All options may differ or not be available depending on the final destination (PO Box, Armed Services and Outlying Territories, etc).
We offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $16 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $25. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and final destination.
We also offer 3-5 business day express shipping for $6. Additionally, we partner with ShopRunner for free 2-day shipping!
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2 pm ET will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.
Can I return or exchange an in store purchase online?
Sure can! You can start the process at our return portal exchanges.allbirds.com. All you'll need is the order number (will start with a 64) and your shipping address where you'll be shipping the return from.
Once you complete the return process, you'll receive instructions on how to ship us back the item to receive a refund or exchange.
* Please note that Outlet Store returns or exchanges can be made at our outlet locations only.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include: gift cards, insoles, sock bundles, TrinoXO Face Masks, and items tagged final sale on our website and in Allbirds retail stores.
When can I expect my refund?
Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!
If you purchased using a gift card, the refund will go back to the same gift card and any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used at checkout.
